Process
For Environmental Design Group (EDG) to complete the design required for the Sanitary Sewer System within the Village of Peninsula, we request that you fill out the below Basement Survey Form or print the Basement Survey Form PDF, scan it, and email it to gsendrey@envdesigngroup.com or MaryAnn.Driscoll@burgessniple.com.
A couple more important pieces of information you should know:
EDG’s survey crew will be gathering finished floor (FF) elevations of businesses and residences in Peninsula during the weeks of May 20th, 27th and June 3rd. There will be two employees from EDG on your property for 5-10 minutes during this time.
There is no need for you to be home during this time. All information that needs collected is external to your home.
There will be a EDG work truck and van along the street during this time. Access to your home will be maintained during the duration of the work.
Again, the work at each property will take no longer than 5-10 minutes.
